It all began with a dream for better quality food.

I believe in eating natural foods, with a wide variety of fresh ingredients to facilitate optimum health and enjoyment of life.

I began a garden in my parents backyard and signed up to farming school.

I worked in greenhouses, nurseries and other farms such as: Our Little Farm, D3 Pierre’s, Green Barn, Cramer and more!

The year before I started my own farm, I managed a small vegetable garden for a high - end restaurant in downtown Montreal called Ikanos.

I have visited many other farms to see how they produce and to learn to improve.

In 2019 I started Fairweather farm in Papineauville with the help of my family.

Preparation and cooking is a passion, always creative in the kitchen!

Giving each seed, plant and vegetable MUCH love.

Working on machinery repairs, maintenance, part orders, tractor operator, harvester, post - harvest processing, management and almost every other aspect of the farm!

Innovating and inventing new and better ways to farm efficiently.

Running our Saturday farmer’s market stand at Vankleek Hill.

To avoid waste, I deliver excess produce to food banks.

Weekly delivery to & operation of our Montreal drop off location for our members.
